DAVID ROCKEFELLER FELLOWS (DRF)

Marcia Ambrosi is currently starting a venture in the education space in Mexico. She previously worked in an education technology startup called Aprende Institute as Head of Strategy and Chief of Staff. Prior to that, she worked as an Associate in the operations team of Kelso, a private equity firm in the US and as a consultant at Oliver Wyman. She received her B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Dr. George E. Bogden is a practicing attorney, researcher, and writer on international affairs. His research has been featured in the Washington Post and his commentary has appeared in The Atlantic, Newsweek, War on the Rocks, The Wall Street Journal, Lawfare, Diplomatic Courier, The Hill, The National Interest, and The Kyiv Independent, among other publications. Routledge and the Marine Corps University Press have published textbook chapters by Dr. Bogden.

Adem Bunkeddeko serves as a sounding board and advisor to clients across the LionTree's platform bringing to bear his experiences across public, private, and social sectors. Prior to LionTree, Adem was the Executive Director of Coro New York, where he led the organization’s successful turnaround following the Covid-19 pandemic. He received a B.A from Haverford College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Alma Caballero leads McLarty Associates' Mexico team and assists clients on a range of issues of strategic planning, government relations, and transaction management in Latin America. Prior to joining the firm, Alma served as the Latin America policy advisor at Covington & Burling LLP.  She's also worked at Mitsubishi Corporations (Americas), The Brookings Institution, and the Mexican Embassy in DC. She holds a B.S. and M.A. from Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Yuga Cohler is a Senior Engineering Manager at Coinbase, where he leads on-chain development for America's largest cryptocurrency exchange. His areas of focus include AI, stablecoins, and international economics. Of Japanese and American descent, Yuga is an Associate Member of the U.S.-Japan Council and a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Yuga graduated summa cum laude from Harvard University and the Juilliard School.

Jacob Dockstator received his undergraduate degree at Trent University before moving on to complete his Juris Doctor at Osgoode Hall Law School and thereafter his MBA from McMaster University. As the Executive Director of the Sioux Lookout Friendship Accord, Jacob works closely with Indigenous communities to carry out a shared vision of developing vibrant communities and improving the quality of life in our communities and the region as a whole.

Connor Lyons is Partner at Power Sustainable, a private equity and infrastructure-focused asset manager and a subsidiary of Power Corporation of Canada (TSX : POW) with offices in Toronto, New York, Miami, and Montreal. He works across investments, sustainability, strategy, client development, and communications and is a member of the firm's Executive Committee.  Connor holds a MPP from Oxford and a HBA from Ivey Business School.

Caroline Pestel serves in the Office of Net Assessment in the Office of the Secretary of Defense.  Prior to returning to DOD, Caroline served for two years at the National Security Council at the White House.  She is an honor graduate of the U.S. Military Academy, an Iraq war veteran, and has 18+ years of service in the U.S. Army.  She holds an M.P.M. from Georgetown University, an M.A. in Intelligence Studies, is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and a proud mom of 3.

Pablo Tortolero is a technology policy professional working at the intersection of policy, technology and security. He completed his education at Mexico City's ITAM and at Stanford University as a Fulbright Scholar from the US-Mexico Commission. He has worked for an international organization in Washington D.C., the public and private sectors in Mexico, the USMCA renegotiation, and, most recently, in the fintech and cybersecurity startup ecosystem in the areas of risk, policy and legal affairs.

Steven Wang is an attorney at Paul, Weiss LLP in the Toronto office and serves as an adjunct lecturer at Harvard Law School and the University of Toronto, focusing on U.S.-China relations and corporate governance of AI companies. Prior to legal practice, he founded an award-winning social enterprise in Asia. Steven graduated with a B.A. from University of Toronto at Trinity College, J.D. from Harvard Law School and a Master of Public Policy from Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar.

Renata Zilli is a political economist with expertise in trade, tech policy and geopolitics. She's a researcher at the European Centre for International Political Economy (ECIPE), a Brussels-based think tank focused on international trade and economics. A graduate of the master’s program in International Economics and Latin American Studies at Johns Hopkins SAIS.
